How new year is celebrated around the world

The new year is celebrated on the last day of every year (31st December) around the world in different forms and tradition with the joy and happiness.  In America, when the clock strikes 12 on the 31st December night at the Times Square, people kiss their significant other and then celebrate with wine.  The is celebrated as optimistic about the future.  People wish to everyone with the positive attitude and great joy.  The new year wishes 2019 will bring the peace and prosperity to everyone's life.

Celebration in Europe

The festival is celebrated in many European countries with different traditions.  In Denmark, people gather in masses and after listening to the speech of the Queen, and then with for the clock’s chime.  It is customary for the people to climb on the chair’s top and then jump into the New Year’s day at midnight, this is done to bring the good luck for the future.

 

In Hungry, 

there is a new tradition of celebrating the New Year.  People eat 7,9, or 12 meals a day with a goal of having abundance in the next 365 days.  The numbers are considered the luckiest, so it encourages you to start the new year with an extra pound or maybe more than that.  The new year wishes 2019 is thus as enthusiastic as the previous ones.

Ireland people make sure that their houses are clean, before the new year.  People have a special dinner where they celebrate the new year with the family and friends.  To honor their loved one who passed away, they leave the door of their house open and set a place at the table.

Australia celebrates the day during the peak of summer.  People celebrate the new year with a lot of fireworks at night.  The Sydney Harbor is the most elaborate occurring at the night.  This year new year wishes 2019 hopes bring the peace and prosperity to the life of the people of Australia.
